fga's Environmental Services Department provides a broad scope of services dealing with the potential environmental impacts on land, air or water.
We regularly undertake:
- Environmental assessments and inspections for new undertakings as well as residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions. At our clients request these inspections can readily integrate environmental, structural, mechanical and civil components.
- Tank removal. Management of the removal of underground and above ground tanks, including arranging equipment, completing soil and water analysis, and preparation of certified 3rd party report regarding the work undertaken and the site conditions in comparison to regulatory requirements. These reports are usually required by lenders/mortgagors.

- Site remediation design and management.
- Environmental Management Plans formulation and implementation as a natural adjunct to our project planning and design disciplines.
- Waste disposal and treatment programs design and implementation
- Sampling and monitoring programs
Environmental Services is an integral part of our storage tank management and maintenance specialty services.
