This project entailed all aspects of a modern tank maintenance program for a large number of tanks of varying sizes used for crude, intermediates, and finished product storages. A typical tank turn around included scope definitions, specifications and tenders, contract awards, de-sludging and cleaning with recovery of hydrocarbons, non-destructive testing, repair design, repair supervision, hydrostatic testing, painting, insulation and site regrading.
